Fiona started the business in 2008 when the demand for her freelancing work started to outweigh the time she was spending in the newsroom.

She has more than 25 years’ experience working in newspapers, magazines and on websites, as well as handling communications requirements for a range of businesses and individuals. She has worked for titles including The Daily Telegraph, The Manly Daily, New Idea, Government News and Wellbeing.

Fiona has been employed as a reporter, sub-editor and editor and has worked on magazine and website development and design. She currently lectures in journalism at Sydney’s Macleay College and supervises the news and digital media teams in the Macleay newsroom, Hatch.
